  •  On Wednesday, October 15th, in conjunction with the National Week of Respect, High School North Civic Leaders facilitated a moving assembly program centered on the power of words and the effect that they can have on others. As part of the program, our freshman students viewed a movie that highlighted the impact that students can have on one another in a school setting. After the completion of the movie, the students broke into small groups with their Civic Leaders to discuss the powerful message that was conveyed. The program concluded with a nationally recognized "I am Loving and Capable" activity that further solidified the significance of the overall program for High School North's 9th grade students.
