Raise a Reader Program
The Raise a Reader
program, sponsored by Parent’s Magazine,
allows students to log their reading minutes as they devour books throughout
the spring. One
winning school will receive a $5,000 library
grant based on minutes per student read.
The free program includes a personalized school page where you can watch
your school's progress. Online spelling games and worksheets keep it fun.
Plus, students who log at least 60 minutes of reading each week will be
entered for individual prizes. We've got $50
gift cards from Barnes and Noble for top individual readers! This runs from
March 8th to May 31st.
