Principal - Mrs. Carol Force
Carol Force is a life-long resident of Middletown who graduated from the Middletown school system. Having taught in Middletown from 1974 - 1996 (with the exception of 5 years that was spent home having a family) she became Assistant Principal of Thorne Middle School in 1996 where she stayed until becoming principal at Bayshore. Mrs. Force is married with a daughter Victoria and a son Jeffrey. They too, went through the Middletown school system.
Assistant Principal - Mr. Graziano
Steven Graziano is no stranger to Middletown as he was fully educated in Middletown and graduated from Middletown High School North in 1982. Prior to his teaching career he received a degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute where he worked for approximately 10 years. He then received a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree from Monmouth University and did his student teaching at Bayshore Middle School in 1998. He began his teaching career as a middle school teacher in Hazlet and then took a position as a 5th grade teacher at River Plaza School. He then moved to the Jackson Township School District where he taught Technology Engineering and Computer Aided Drafting. He began his administrative career as Supervisor of Business and Technology for the Manasquan School District. Mr. Graziano currently lives locally and is glad to be back in the Middletown community.
