In order to participate in any sport, each student must turn in to the nurse, on time a permission to participate in Inter-Scholastic Athletics as well as an Athletic Pre-Participation Physical Examination Form.  If in doubt, please talk to the Nurse, Mrs. Taylor.  The forms can be downloaded from the Nurse page.
