Introduction:  Welcome to the Author Flyer Webquest. You have been hired to work in an advertising agency. Your current assignment is to produce a flyer for Barnes and Noble announcing an author visit. You realize that to make the flyer interesting to the public you must include information on the author's background.

Task: You will need to collect the following information about your author and record it on your research paper. You will create a flyer announcing your author’s visit, which includes biographical information and pictures. You can view a sample flyer here.

You will need to research the following information:

When was the author born

Where was the author born

Background Information (education, family, children, other careers)

List awards or recognition author has received

Any additional Information (pets, hobbies, children…)

List three (3) books written by the author
