Amend the 2003/2004 School Calendar

The Superintendent recommends the 2003/2004 school calendar be amended as follows:

June 21-24, 2004 Early Dismissal for all students in district

Thursday, June 24, 2004 Last day for students

High School graduations will be on Thursday, June 24, 2004 as follows:

High School South - 2:00 p.m. at the PNC Bank Arts Center

High School North- 4:30 p.m. at the PNC Bank Arts Center

Middle School graduations will be on Friday, June 25, 2004 as follows:

Thorne Middle School- 8:30 a.m. at Brookdale Community College

Bayshore Middle School- 11:00 a.m. at Brookdale Community College

Thompson Middle School- 1:30 p.m. at Brookdale Community College

This amended calendar meets the requirement of the mandated 180 days for students and the available dates for our high school graduations at PNC Bank Arts Center.
