Recommendations of the Superintendent of Schools

1). Approval of Resignation:

Stephen J. Brennan, District Chief Accountant, to accept another position,

effective 8/31/04

2). The Superintendent of Schools recommends the appointment of Karen Bilbao as

Acting Assistant Superintendent for Pupil Services and Educational Research

at an annual salary of $121,000 (pro-rated) for the period of August 2, 2004

through June 30, 2005.

3). Approval of date of employment adjustment:

Jane C. Austin, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, effective

7/1/04

4) Approval of Addendum – Superintendent’s Contract
