Time and Place Pursuant to notices sent to each member of
the Board of Education, the special
of Meeting voting meeting was held on Tuesday,
May 4, 2004 in the High School North Library, 63 Tindall Road, Middletown, New
Jersey.

CALL TO ORDER
At 7:30 p.m., Mr. Roberts called the special voting meeting to order.

Present: Leonora Caminiti, Marjorie Cavalier, Thomas Conroy, Dawn Diorio, Joan Minnuies, Carolyn Self, Patricia Walsh and Michael Roberts.
Absent: Leonard Inzerillo.
Also Present: David L. Witmer, William J. Doering, Marilyn Cohen, Nancy Whelan, Christopher Halpin and
Malachi
J. Kenney, Esq.
Adjourn to At 7:35 p.m., the meeting was adjourned to closed session to complete the Board’s business.

Reconvene At 8:40 p.m., the special voting meeting was reconvened with the same individuals in attendance.

6. RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
SCHOOLS:
A. Personnel Committee (Pat Walsh, Chair)
Note:
All appointments of the district staff are contingent upon satisfying
the requirements
of the Criminal History Review.
1. Approval of Administrators 2004-05 (see following page)
2. Approval of Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel 2004-05 (see following page)
3. Acceptance of Resignation of Dr. Nancy Whelan and Separation and Mutual Release Form.
Motion made by Mrs. Walsh, seconded by Mr. Conroy. Motion carried on roll call vote:
Ayes: (7) -- Mrs. Caminiti, Mrs. Cavalier, Mr. Conroy, Mrs. Diorio, Mrs. Self, Mrs. Walsh
and Mr. Roberts.
Noes: (1) -- Mrs. Minnuies (yes on #3).
Mr. Conroy stated that Dr. Whelan’s resignation is a loss to this District.

MOTION TO ADJOURN
At 8:45 p.m., motion made and seconded to
adjourn the Special Voting Meeting.
Motion carried on voice vote.
