Time and
Place Pursuant to notices sent to each
member of the Board of Education, the regular meeting was held
of Meeting on Tuesday evening, June 20, 2006 in
the High School North Library, 63 Tindall Road, Middletown, New Jersey.

CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE
OF ALLEGIANCE
At 7:45 p.m., the meeting
was called to order.
2.

Adequate notice of this meeting was
provided by sending such notice to the Asbury Park Press, the
Independent, the Courier, and the Two River Times and the
posting of such notice at the August

3. ROLL CALL
Present: Laura Agin, Leonora Caminiti, Dawn Diorio, Sherry Gevarter, Joan Minnuies, Carolyn Self, Rose Stallmeyer and Patricia Walsh.
Absent: Kevin Ryan.
Also Present: Karen Bilbao, William J. Doering, Dan Skelton, Jane Mattingly and Christopher Parton, Esq.
Adjourn to Motion made by Mrs. Agin, seconded by Mrs. Walsh, to adjourn to closed session at 8:10 pm. to complete the
Boards business.
Reconvene At 9:05 p.m. the Board reconvened with the same individuals in attendance.

Ashley Rodriquez presented a check to Mrs. Minnuies for $1,000 for Project Prom for next years graduating class
on behalf of this years graduating class.
Rocco Christopher discussed a personnel item.

Mrs. Bilbao thanked all the retirees for their dedicated service to the district and also congratulated all the graduates of
the Class of 2006. Mrs. Bilbao discussed district summer programs and personnel items.
