Dear Parents, Students, and Staff:

Once again, we approach the wonderful holidays and our thoughts turn to spending time with loved ones.  We anticipate an exciting exchange of gifts and count our blessings for all we have and worked so hard for.

For some of those less fortunate, the holidays can be a source of great disappointment and sadness.  Illness, financial hardships, and other circumstances make it impossible for some to share the joys of this wonderful season.

Middletown Helps Its own is planning to distribute food baskets and gifts to families in need for the holidays.

Donations of non-perishable food items, new clothing (pajamas, socks, mittens, hats, gloves), or toys may be sent to the Health Office.

Your assistance in helping provide for families of our community during the holiday season will be greatly appreciated.

Please send food items in by November 19^th, 2009.  Gifts should be sent in by December 11, 2009.
