Fundraising Committees

The many programs and events offered and enjoyed by our children are only possible through your generosity and support. The PTA thanks everyone for making last year’s fundraising an outstanding success. We surpassed our goals and were able to contribute to many of the additions made to the school. Whether you gave your time, money or both, we are truly grateful and appreciative. We hope we can count on you again this coming year!

We have limited the number of fundraisers that we are asking you to participate in. We can do this, in part, due to the revenue raised through the Advertising Directory in the back of the PTA School Directory. Please patronize the businesses that advertise in our directory.

Campbell's Labels
: Clip and save the UPC Codes and caps from eligible Campbell Company products and send them to school in a bag to earn free stuff for Lincroft School. Visit www.labelsforeducation.com for a list of eligible products.

Directory - Ad Journal/ Student Information:
Volunteers solicit local businesses to place an ad in our school directory. Volunteers are also needed to proofread the directory. Proofreading will be done during the school day at school. We ask that you make arrangements for childcare, if necessary.

General Mills Box Tops for Education
: Clip your Box Tops and send them to school in a bag to earn money for Lincroft School. Visit www.boxtops4education.com for a list of eligible products.

Great Race:
Come join your school friends and neighbors in the Great Race of Middletown. Run (or walk) with pride in the race for Quality Education. All proceeds from your tax deductible entry fund programs which enrich our school.

KidsArt:
The children create a piece of original color artwork and KidsArt will transfer that artwork onto note cards. Cards will be wrapped together with matching envelopes in festive paper for you to purchase. Don’t miss the opportunity to own and share your child’s artwork.

KidStuff Coupon Books:
These special coupon books are sold for families to save money on clothing, shoes, toys, electronics, sporting goods, activities, food and more.

Molzon Fall Festival:
Join us at Molzon Landscape Nursery on Saturday, September 19th, for our 12th Annual Fall Festival. Shop for all your fall gardening needs while your children enjoy activities such as pumpkin painting, hay rides and fall crafts. Refreshments and baked goods will be available for purchase. Molzon donates 15% of all sales made that day. If you don’t have time to shop, consider buying gift cards to use on any day of the year.

Note to School:
These high quality notepads make writing notes to school easy whether for messages to the teacher or Main Office.

School Clothing: In order to promote Lincroft School PRIDE, students and staff are encouraged to dress in our school colors (blue and white) or school clothing every Friday. This year, once a month on Fridays a specific item will be selected (for example, Pajama Day) and the entire school is encouraged to dress in that theme. To help show your school pride, we will have Lincroft School clothing and accessories for sale. Order forms and information will be forthcoming.

School Store:
This is a student store for school supplies which is held once a month during lunch. Volunteers assist students with their purchases. RIF coupons may also be redeemed for merchandise.

School Sense Program
:
Every purchase you make at Monmouth Mall can earn points for
school supplies! Just save your receipts and bring them to the Customer Service Center and designate Lincroft School to receive the points. We’ll do the rest! Sales receipts from purchases made at Monmouth Mall must be presented within 30 days of purchase to the Customer Service Center for validation.

School Supply Kits
:
As a convenience, the PTA offers custom back to school kits that are grade level specific and contain school supplies requested by teachers. Kits are priced at our cost but the PTA receives a rebate depending on the number of kits ordered. Prices vary by grade as requests differ. The kits are in the classrooms on the first day of school.

Spring Fundraising Dinner (
Casino Night): Try your luck at this year’s spring fundraising dinner, Casino Night, on Friday, March 19, 2010. We will have casino games and chance raffles, the Principal for a Day raffle as well as our Super 50/50 raffle. Details about this exciting night will be forthcoming.

Super 50/50: Will it be you holding the winning ticket? Tickets will be sold starting in the fall and the winner will be announced at Casino Night.

Target
: You, your friends and family members can earn money for Lincroft School just by using a Target Credit Card. Simply request that Lincroft School receive the donation and Target’s Take Charge of Education program will donate 1% of your charged purchases.
