Middletown Scholarship Program: (Click here to open/download applications.)

  • Seniors planning to continue their education after graduation are eligible to apply for Middletown Scholarships. There are two types of scholarships: merit based and needs based. Merit based applications are considered on the basis of academic achievement. Needs based applications are considered on the basis of financial disclosure to determine the extent of financial need. Scholastic achievement is also given consideration.

  • By completing the application, seniors are considered for a number of scholarships. Other scholarship committees (i.e. Lion Hall of Fame) will select their interview candidates based on the recommendations of the Middletown Scholarship Committee.

  • Completed applications must be returned to the Guidance Office by Friday, April 9, 2010.
