To accomplish our goals we have several fundraisers planned which include:
- Grocery Store Gift Card Sales - it is no extra cost to you to purchase a gift card and our school receives up to 5% back.
- Golf Outing – Join us on October 15 for a fun day of golf, contests, food and beverages, raffles, auctions, and lots of laughs. Join us for the golf clinic or even just for lunch and raffles.
- The Great Race – October 24 is the annual Middletown Great Race. A road race right in our own backyards, beginning at Middletown High School South and continuing through the streets of Brasch Farms. We receive $12 of every $15 t-shirt purchased. So please join us by signing up yourselves, your children, and your friends or just buy a great race t-shirt to be counted as part of the Nut Swamp Team!
- Spring Fundraiser – Join us on April 8th for the Nut Swamp Derby – A Night at the Races. Parents and faculty will pick their favorite horses to win and cheer them on with excitement as the horses race against one another.
The proceeds from these fundraisers will help support over 40 PTA programs as well as special projects in the school. Past projects funded by the PTA include classroom amplification systems, a library renovation, the climbing wall, and recent purchases of SmartBoards, mini laptops, and basketball hoops for the APR.
Your participation in the PTA will be a valuable addition to your child’s Nut Swamp experience. Please become a member of our PTA and sign up to volunteer. With your help, we will create a memorable year for all of the children at Nut Swamp!
