Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery

  • The ASVAB or Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery is a test given traditionally by the military.  Any student may take the ASVAB Test here at Middletown North when it is offered once or twice a year.  There is no military commitment to take the test.  Scores on this test may qualify students to meet the Graduation Testing Requirement by the State of New Jersey.  The test results may also help you to choose a career.  Once the test is taken, the results may be used on the ASVAB website in conjunction with a personality assessment to help students identify possible career options.

2021-22 dates are not yet available.  When they become available, they will be posted here.  Typically, Seniors take the test in the Fall, and Juniors take the test in Winter.  If any Sophomores who are military bound would like to take it, they should speak with their counselor.
