Free and Reduced Meals
Returning to Pre-Pandemic Operations for the 2022-23 school year
The USDA waivers for free meals for all students have expired. The District will return to pre-pandemic operations for the 2022-23 school year. Meals free of charge will be available to only those students who qualify through Direct Certification, Categorial Eligibility, or the 2022-23 Application for Free and Reduced Price School meals.
The Application for Free and Reduced-Price School Meals is used to determine eligibility for not only free meals but P-EBT benefits, state funding, and other school benefits such as preschool tuition income eligibility, reduced AP exam fees, etc. We encourage all parents/guardians to complete a new 2022-23 Application for Free and Reduced Price School Meals prior to the first day of school.
