The registration process begins with an online application. Please review district residency requirements in the link below prior to registering to ensure you meet the state requirements for enrollment in the Middletown Township Public School District. After entering the required information, you will be prompted to select an appointment date and time to present your residency documentation to our Registrar. The registration process will not be complete until your proofs of residency have been verified and approved by the Registrar.
Appointments will be held at the Middletown Township Board of Education office, 834 Leonardville Rd., 2nd Fl. Leonardo, NJ 07737. Please be prompt for your appointment and bring all required documents. The child being registered does not need to be present at the time of your appointment.
