and we would like to offer the attached HONOR ROLL DISCOUNT 

CARD. 

 This card entitles you to discounts when you buy merchandise or 

services from the merchants listed. It also allows Middle School High 

Honor Roll students a similar discount to your school dances, the 

discount being determined by the individual school. The card is valid 

now until the expiration date noted on the card. 

 This program would not be possible without the participation of the 

listed merchants and the cooperation of students and their families. 

 

Please note and observe these guidelines: 

♦YOU (THE STUDENT) MUST SIGN THE CARD. 

♦YOU (THE STUDENT) MUST PRESENT THE CARD AT THE 

TIME OF PURCHASE. PARENTS ARE NOT TO PRESENT THE 

CARD ON BEHALF OF THE STUDENT. 

♦CARD IS NOT TRANSFERABLE (IT IS ONLY FOR THE 

BENEFIT OF THE STUDENT WHO EARNED IT -- NOT FOR 

FAMILY, FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS, ETC.) 

♦CHECK EXPIRATION DATE ON CARD BEFORE USE. 

♦UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARGUE WITH THE MERCHANT 

WHO IS PROVIDING THE DISCOUNT. THIS PROGRAM HAS 

LOST SEVERAL MERCHANTS DUE TO “DISCOUNT ABUSE”.
