When the public portion of the meeting begins, Board of Education members and essential district personnel will log into the Zoom platform.
Normal meeting procedures and protocols will be followed.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to comment during the public comment portion of the meeting.
Those who wish to speak during this time will make themselves known by selecting the "Raise Hand" option on their Zoom dashboard. Please review the video below to learn more about the “Raise Hand” option.
When it is your turn to comment, your microphone will be unmuted by the meeting host. You will be asked to state your name and address for the record, and the floor will be yours for three minutes. Please make your comment in full. After your comment is made your microphone will once again be muted. If members of the board choose to address your comment it will be done after your comment is completed.
